The Hardin County Heritage Center is an eclectic collection celebrating the rich and unique history of Hardin County. Visitors can explore the Beech Grove Schoolhouse, a newly acquired International Car Company caboose generously donated by CSX, the Agricultural Learning Hub—once a barn owned by the Burnison family—the historic Staadt Log Home, and a step-back-in-time general store housed in the former Dunkirk Jail.
